Salom\u00e9 II en Yopal cuestionada por estar ubicada sobre una l\u00ednea de gas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Licencia de urbanizaci\u00f3n al proyecto SALOM\u00c9 II en Yopal evidencia fallas en documentos de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico y jur\u00eddico presentados, denuncia la jefe de la Oficina Asesora de Planeaci\u00f3n, Danitza Toca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por esta situaci\u00f3n esta dependencia advierte a la comunidad que se est\u00e1 estudiando el acto administrativo No. 102.54.1471 del 30 de diciembre de 2015, por medio del cual se expidi\u00f3 licencia de urbanizaci\u00f3n. Se detectaron irregularidades de procedibilidad ocasionados al momento de notificar y publicar de los respectivos actos administrativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se cuestiona que se encuentra sobre una l\u00ednea de gas, causando un riesgo para la comunidad que habita en el sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En raz\u00f3n a esto la Oficina de Planeaci\u00f3n recomienda a la ciudadan\u00eda abstenerse de invertir, comprar o negociar lotes en zonas que no se encuentren debidamente urbanizadas y con redes adecuadas de servicios p\u00fablicos, los cuales deben ser por cuenta del urbanizador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La urbanizaci\u00f3n es liderada por la exconcejal de Yopal Ximena C\u00e1rdenas y queda ubicada contigua al cementerio de Yopal, pasando por Villa David.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Licencia de urbanizaci\u00f3n al proyecto SALOM\u00c9 II en Yopal evidencia fallas en documentos de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico y jur\u00eddico presentados, denuncia la jefe de la Oficina Asesora de Planeaci\u00f3n, Danitza Toca.
