Medicina Legal practic\u00f3 necropsia."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ante la denuncia de una posible negligencia en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de una materna, quien luego de dar a luz una beb\u00e9 viva, falleci\u00f3 4 horas despu\u00e9s del parto, en el Hospital Regional de la Orinoquia, la Fiscal\u00eda en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Instituto de Medicina Legal trabajan para determinar las causas de su deceso. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el director de Fiscal\u00edas de Casanare, Jhon Fredy Encinales, quien dijo adem\u00e1s, que espera los resultados del dictamen pericial para establecer si hubo o no posibles responsabilidades del centro hospitalario o de los m\u00e9dicos tratantes en el fallecimiento de Leidy Johana Calder\u00f3n, oriunda de Orocu\u00e9 y afiliada a la Nueva Eps. Por ahora no la entidad est\u00e1 en la fase de verificaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MarthaCifuentesNoticiasyContenidos\/videos\/491760378315335\/<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte del Hospital de Yopal se inform\u00f3 que la mujer gestante, que ten\u00eda 36 a\u00f1os ingres\u00f3 el 11 de enero en estado de embarazo, fue valorada por ginecoobstetricia y se procedi\u00f3 a su hospitalizaci\u00f3n. Hacia las 10 y 55 de la noche termino su parto y naci\u00f3 una ni\u00f1a viva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo el m\u00e9dico Carlos Amaya Jinete afirma que \u201cla paciente evidenci\u00f3 una hemorragia subsecuente a un desgarro perineal, producto de que la beb\u00e9 ten\u00eda 3.450 gramos y pudo ocasionar el desgarro\u201d.
