La Fiscal\u00eda en audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n de cargos los sindic\u00f3 de \u00a0prevaricato por acci\u00f3n por haber decretado la legalizaci\u00f3n de tres asentamientos ilegales de Yopal sin tener facultades expresas por parte del Concejo de Yopal. Ahora enfrentar\u00e1n juicio por ello.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el coordinador de Fiscal\u00edas de Casanare, Jhon Fredy Encinales, la exalcaldesa que estuvo al frente de la Alcald\u00eda entre el 12 de octubre y el 26 de noviembre de 2017, junto a su secretario de gobierno, firmaron un decreto de legalizaci\u00f3n de las urbanizaciones ilegales Villa San Miguel, Palmar de la Pradera y Ciudadela Real ubicados en la vereda Pic\u00f3n de Yopal, sin contar con un acuerdo municipal aprobado por el Concejo de Yopal, para hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este requisito era necesario para que los exfuncionarios pudieran realizar la legalizaci\u00f3n de esas urbanizaciones. La audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n de cargos se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 21 de agosto en un juzgado de control de garant\u00edas de Yopal. En ella se neg\u00f3 la medida de aseguramiento solicitada por la Fiscal\u00eda por considerar que los indiciados no son un peligro para la sociedad o pueda obstruir la investigaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda cuenta con 60 d\u00edas para radicar el escrito de acusaci\u00f3n para iniciar la etapa de juicio donde se conocer\u00e1n los descargos de los implicados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zoila Rosa \u00c1ngulo fue designada alcaldesa de Yopal por el gobernador Alirio Barrera, en una terna presentada por el Movimiento Social La Bendici\u00f3n, para remplazar al destituido alcalde Jhon Jairo Torres Torres, condenado por urbanizaci\u00f3n ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En l\u00edos judiciales la exalcaldesa de Yopal, Zoila Rosa \u00c1ngulo y el exsecretario de gobierno, Jorge Gamba.
